DELIVERIES
All orders placed until 1:00 pm (Greek time) are executed on the same day, while beyond this time we process them the next day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:30 (Greek time) and throughout the weekend, are processed on Monday.
Shipping charges
We cooperate for the shipment with COURIER companies and the shipping costs are free for orders over € 100, otherwise it is € 3.
In the event that the area where you have declared that your products will be sent to you is served by another COURIER network, the shipping costs will be borne by you and the value of the products must be prepaid.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday). During periods of offers and discounts, it may take 5 days for goods to move through our network.
In case you were absent from the delivery address, the courier company will leave you a notice stating your parcel number and the phone number you need to call to arrange pick-up.
SHIPPING TO GREECE AND CYPRUS (FOR CYPRUS THERE WILL BE A CHARGE ACCORDING TO THE TOTAL WEIGHT)
CYPRUS SHIPPING: 0-3 KILOS - 9 EUROS
3.1-5 KILOS - 12 EUROS
5.1-10 KILOS -19 EUROS
10.1-20 KILOS -30 EUROS
CYPRUS AIR TRANSPORT: There is also air transport which is 2 working days at 17 and two kilos.
